**Error 21776 for login Sa**

Hi
I'm working with SQL 2000 and I want to view the properties of Sa login by
right clicking on it ,but when I did it ,at first a following message
appearred before the properties window,
'Error 21776 : the name dbo was not found in the users collection. if the
name is a qualified name use [] to separate various parts of the name and
try again.'
and when I went to the last tab of properties for some of my databases just
'public' access was selected for sa!! and when I want to select db_owner too
above error again happened,
how can I repair my problem?
